Control Units
We produce PCBs that control motors for domestic appliances , ranging from simple models to microprocessor-controlled models, PCBs for sanitary technology, for electrical equipment of cars and PCBs for control of gramophones.
The assembly technology is the classical one with SMD combination (surface mounting).
Technology used
- shaping of terminals - WERESCH, HELLER
- populating of the PCBs - JORDAN with backlighting of the populated point
- SMD - manual populating
- soldering - ELEKTROVERT with omega vawes using a rinse-less flux agent
Testing

On customer's request we can produce and populate PCBs sized up to 300x400 mm in the quantities up to 1 million pcs per year.
